Brief Introduction of bearing ball                                                          
   ZYS has applied special technology to steel ball production,such as cold treatment, quadratic stable treatment, 100% AVIKO eddy current inspection.
The followings are our main steel ball products: 
1. ZGCr15 high carbon chrome steel balls: have better performance than GCr15
2. 9Cr18, 9Cr18Mo high carbon chrome stainless steel balls: the properties and
    applications of 9Cr18Mo and 9Cr18 are almost the same, but 9Cr18Mo is harder and
    temper resistant after quenching.
3. Cr4Mo4V high temperature steel balls: especially for aero engine bearings and
    bearings working in high temperatures below 316ºC with DN 2.6 ×106 more or less. 
4. Other steel balls with special materials.
We also have ceramic balls and carbide balls.

Manufacture process of steel balls
Step 1 Heading		Balls blanks are cold headed from rolls of wire.
Step 2 Flashing		Rolling balls between two hard alloy plates to removes the slight band and small protrusions.
Step 3 Heat treat		Heating balls to a high temperature in furnace and quenching balls in a liquid bath.
Step 4 Rough grind		Rolling balls between the face of a fixed iron plate and a very hard fire-grit grinding wheel. Then rolled the hardened ground balls between two cast iron plates.
Step 5 Cleaning		The final production operation cleans the finished balls and adds a shiny luster.
Step 6 Final           Inspection		Balls are gauged, visually inspected and subjected to other quality tests to insure every customer's specifications are achieved.
Step 7 Packaging		The balls are packaged in accordance with customer specifications for shipping.

Service on metal material inspection
   We undertake many physical and chemical inspections, including heat treated structure evaluation of bearing parts, the inspections on the depth and hardness of surface deteriorative layer, magnetic particle inspection, retained austenite inspection, contact fatigue life test, etc.
